Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled services can be rescheduled. No show no calls will be suspended from services indefinitely. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment and doesn’t call, appointment is immediately canceled. 

If a client calls and is running late there is a 15 minutes or possibly more for a client based on the employee and clients agreement. After three reoccurring unkept appointments, it is solely up to the stylist's discretion.
